This one day course is designed to equip participants with the key skills required for Merchandising within the Retail Sector . The course focuses on the various elements which are key to carrying out effective merchandising responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management, Planning Display, Understanding Buyer Patters, Stock Control, Range Selling.
Course Information
Introduction to Merchandising is an informative training session aimed at introducing the principles of merchandising stock in a retail environment. Participants will be introduced to techniques and methodology involved in merchandising responsibilities in addition to key customer relationship management skills required to maximise display opportunities for products.
